Shipping Costs
Flat rate shipping: $10

Order Tracking

Decals are carefully rolled or packaged flat with protective backing to prevent bending or damage.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before shipping.

Eligibility for Returns

Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom designs or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Pre-Made Items: If your decal or sticker arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Time Frame: All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us at Bellamie@propervinylco.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Include photos of any damage or defects to help us resolve your request quickly.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defective items.
Replacements
Due to the custom nature of vinyl decals, all vinyl products purchased from Proper Vinyl Co. are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacement shipping times follow the same schedule as standard orders.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return + new order.
